Job Summary:

City Doctor is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Advanced Paramedic

to join our emergency medical response team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced pre-hospital care, make critical decisions in high-pressure situations, and ensure the highest standard of patient care during emergency and non-emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

advanced life support (ALS)

and emergency medical care to patients at the scene and during transport Assess complex medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions per DCAS and City Doctor protocols Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, ECG interpretation, and other ALS procedures Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, hospitals, and emergency services for seamless patient handover Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation and reporting using electronic medical records Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment and ensure ambulance readiness at all times Participate in continuous training, drills, and professional development programs Maintain compliance with all DCAS guidelines and operational standards

Requirements:

Valid DCAS License

(Advanced Paramedic level) -

mandatory

Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

as an Advanced Paramedic Recognized diploma or degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services Proven ability to work in high-stress environments with sound clinical judgment Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Physically fit and able to handle demanding field conditions Proficiency in using emergency medical equipment and technology Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
