Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Business Development Associate

to join our dynamic admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of Cromwell's academic programs in the UAE and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, sales, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Cromwell's UK-affiliated academic programs to prospective students and working professionals in the UAE.
Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media leads.
Counsel clients about courses, admissions, and visa procedures.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain records in CRM systems.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align recruitment strategies.
Represent Cromwell in a professional and engaging manner at all times.

Eligibility Criteria :

Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills. Experience in international admissions, student recruitment, or educational counseling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain detailed records. Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales related role preferred (within/outside UAE)
