Job Description

The Admin / Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business functioning. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting management and staff, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Office Management & Administration



Manage overall office operations, including facilities, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity. Oversee office leases, maintenance, and utilities.

2. Administrative Support



Provide administrative assistance to management and teams (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing travel and accommodation). Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing (both physical and electronic). Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

3. HR & Staff Support



Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, arranging orientation, etc.). Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and related HR documents. Support HR and management in organizing company events and team activities.

4. Finance & Procurement



Monitor office expenses and prepare petty cash reports. Support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Liaise with finance on invoice processing and expense reimbursements.

5. Compliance & Safety



Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor and safety regulations. Maintain proper record-keeping for licenses, insurance, and company documentation. Oversee security, access control, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration or management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
