Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Environment Quality Sector.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and scheduling for meetings and reports.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems related to environmental programs.
  • Support project teams with data collection, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on sector activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or High school Degree.
  • 3 5 years of administrative or coordination experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and document management tools.
