As an Admin and Receptionist, you will be responsible for below,
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
- Drafting and formatting letters, memos, and reports
- Maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Assisting in document formatting, printing...etc.
- Supporting HR and finance teams with clerical tasks
- Monitoring office supplies and coordinating purchases
- Welcoming visitors and clients professionally
- Handling front desk operations and phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining records of incoming/outgoing correspondence
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in both administrative functions.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Background in Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and support a small team.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
