Trump International Golf Club is looking for Golf Reservations And Receptionist to join their dynamic team.
Job Purpose: To be an efficient first port of call for our members and guests in relation to golf, membership, tuition and general enquires. To handle customer requests, comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Trump International Golf Club is looking for Golf Reservations And Receptionist to join their dynamic team.
Job Purpose: To be an efficient first port of call for our members and guests in relation to golf, membership, tuition and general enquires. To handle customer requests, comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls for all golf related enquiries.
- Answering all telephone enquiries as per the Trump brand standard of telephone etiquette: answer within 3 rings, identify yourself at the start of the call, use the member/guest name when applicable, and talk with a smile.
- Handle all incoming calls in relation to golf bookings, membership, tuition and member/guest complaints and feedback.
- Golf administration duties as required by the Golf Operations & Events Manager such as: cart labels, locker labels, tournament printing for special events and scorecards.
- EZ Links tee sheet management in relation to: pair-up policy, data capture, player profiles, tee sheet notes, cancellation charges, and compliancy with Jonas and templates.
- The monitoring and tracking of cancellation charges for all golfer segments of the facility.
- Establishing relationships with contracted Hotel/DMC's to provide a successful booking process and to track all activity with the relevant charges.
- Knowledge in Lightspeed's golf management system is mandatory
