Job Title: Administrative Specialist with CRM Expertise and Receptionist Duties
Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage administrative tasks, office operations, and receptionist duties.
Utilize CRM software(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to organize and maintain customer data.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area. l
Support the team with relevant administrative duties.
Supports HR department and Accounts Dept.
