Job Description


Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination. Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communications. Prepare reports, letters, memos, and official documents. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules. Support HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records. Assist in procurement and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
