Position Overview:
This position is designated for a UAE National seeking a professional role within a dynamic academic environment. The Administrative Support Officer is a crucial frontline role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and customer service support to a designated school division or department. The officer acts as a key liaison between parents, students, staff, and the wider community, ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management & Operations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from parents, visitors, and staff, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Manage efficient filing systems (digital and physical), database entry, and record-keeping in compliance with school policies.
  • Handle routine correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and official documents in both English and Arabic.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and appointments, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and minute-taking.
  • Student & Parent Services:
  • Support student enrollment, registration, and attendance tracking processes.
  • Assist with the coordination of student transportation, uniform sales, or textbook distribution as assigned.
  • Process various forms and requests (e.g., travel, certificates) and follow up on departmental procedures.
  • Financial & Procurement Support:
  • Assist with basic financial administration, such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash in accordance with school guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment for the assigned department.
Requirements:
  • Nationality: This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Emirati).
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or office management role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
