friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Secretary / Receptionist
to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring a positive experience for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks
Support management and other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
3+ year experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitudes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a corporate or professional office environment
Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, scanners)
Basic knowledge of record keeping and data entry
