Secretary/ Receptionist, This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/Receptionist. The Secretary/Receptionist will provide administrative support, maintain office records, and manage office operations, including product stock management and office cleanliness. The role requires strong computer skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities
Maintain office records and databases
Manage product stock, including inventory tracking and replenishment
Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management
Ensure office cleanliness and organization, including tidying up common areas and restocking supplies
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Greet visitors and perform front-desk duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive information
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
