We are seeking a professional individual for the role of receptionist, who will efficiently manage front-desk responsibilities along with administrative, accounting, and secretarial management tasks. The selected candidate will serve as the main point of contact for administrative documentation, invoicing, payments, and deadline management.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and managing telephone communications;
Handling email and postal correspondence;
Issuing and verifying invoices;
Managing and monitoring payments and related deadlines;
Organizing documents and maintaining administrative archives;
Providing general administrative and operational support to the office.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles;
Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, administrative management software);
Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
