Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive visitors, register their information, and guide them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area with complete materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and related tasks
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling and preparation for meetings
  • Support administrative departments with documentation, data entry, and other daily clerical tasks
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing and restocking as needed
