About the Role
We are hiring an
Administrative Real Estate & Property Management Representative (Client Support)
to assist our Canadian partners with daily leasing and administrative operations.
You will be at the heart of the workflow: coordinating communication, scheduling visits, preparing documents, updating listings, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who has
administrative or real estate experience
, strong communication skills, and wants to build a long-term career in a professional environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
Manage daily communication with property managers, tenants, and applicants
Coordinate property visits, confirm appointments, and follow up with clients
Create, update, and monitor rental listings on online platforms
Assist with tenant applications and screening processes
Prepare digital files and support lease signing using tools such as DocuSign and Buildium
Maintain organized records and track ongoing cases
Ensure timely, professional responses to all inquiries
Collaborate closely with the Canadian team on operational priorities
What We're Looking For
Excellent English
(mandatory)
Experience in
administration, real estate, customer service, or operational support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactivity, professionalism, and reliability
Comfort using digital tools (training provided)
Motivation to learn and grow within the company
