As we continue to grow our global footprint, we are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals to support our team in various administrative and operational functions, with a focus on coordination and logistics, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our business operations.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must be on
husband's or father's sponsorship
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong business correspondence skills
Working knowledge on Amazon, Walmart or other marketplaces is an added advantage
Working knowledge of import/export procedures and coordination with shipping agents and courier companies
Working knowledge on any CRM or Accounting software (preferably QuickBooks), including basic journal entries and invoicing orders. Knowledge of bookkeeping is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong internet research skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset
Proactive, quick to learn, and capable of working independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
