About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, HR, and basic accounting skills, along with in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and MOHRE processes. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Support:

  • Manage office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • HR & Compliance:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.
  • Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) processes.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related tasks.
  • Accounts & Finance:
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payroll and budget tracking.
  • CEO Support:
  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • General Office Management:
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
? Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar administrative/HR role.
  • Background in engineering or consulting firms is a plus.
? Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and MOHRE.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, government portals, and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
? Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
