Job Description

As an Administrative Data Processing Coordinator, you'll coordinate workflows that involve collecting, organising, and maintaining accurate records. You'll ensure data tasks are completed on time, with consistent formatting and quality standards.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming data requests and assign/update priorities
  • Track daily workloads using shared project boards and trackers
  • Ensure data accuracy through routine checks and validation steps
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation for recurring processes
  • Support meeting scheduling, notes, and action-item tracking
  • Produce weekly updates on progress, issues, and improvements
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in admin support, data coordination, or operations
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams
  • Experience with workflow tools (ClickUp/Asana/Jira) and Airtable/CRM platforms
  • Basic reporting skills (filters, pivots, conditional formatting)
