We are a premium automotive company seeking an Administrative & Customer Support Executive to deliver an exceptional front-desk and client experience. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and highly organized, with the ability to support both customers and internal operations in a luxury service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-end customer service and front desk support
Manage vehicle reservations and client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate vehicle delivery and return schedules
Handle administrative documents, checklists, and records
Support basic HR, PRO, and accounting-related tasks as required
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
Near-native English pronunciation with strong verbal and written communication skills
Korean language proficiency is a plus
Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience, in addition to experience from home country
Experience in car rental, automotive, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Knowledge or exposure to HR coordination, PRO processes, or basic accounting is an advantage
Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
