What You'll Be Doing:
Be the point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Provide clear, helpful responses about our products
Prepare accurate quotations and order details to clients
Liaise with our internal departments -- sales, warehouse, and logistics -- to ensure smooth customer journeys
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support team operations
Occasionally support photoshoots and events in the studio
What We're Looking For:
Good written and verbal communication skills
A warm, professional, and approachable attitude
Organization and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
