Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Accommodate visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Responding to inquiries and email correspondences.
Prepares documentation for renewing trade license and tenancy contracts
In charge of application and renewal of employee insurances and vehicle registrations.
Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system.
Prepares contract agreements to various clients.
Ensures that HR files and records are maintained and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Making monthly salary (WPS) in a timely manner
In-charge of the petty cash funds, managing and maintaining office budgets
In-charge of paying bills such as Etisalat, DEWA, and all other utility payments
In charge of preparing Invoice/Billing for Client.
In-charge of preparing the Vat summary report
Prepares required documents for annual Financial report
Act as Secretary to the managing partner
Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
