Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Secretary (Female Only)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working, fast-learning, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient coordination between office and site locations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple administrative and clerical tasks under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and greet visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other official documents
Handle confidential information with discretion
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
Coordinate between two office locations as required
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Currently residing in Abu Dhabi (preferably near Al Seef Village)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Customer service mindset
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of administrative workflows in office-site environments is a plus
