Key Responsibilities:
Greet and host visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Handle daily documentation, record keeping, and systematic filing of company documents.
Coordinate courier, mail, and package deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain front office cleanliness, supplies, and presentation.
Provide administrative support to HR, Accounts, and other departments as required.
Support in preparing reports, data entry, and basic office coordination tasks.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or administrative assistant preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi will be an advantage).
Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
