Job Description



We are seeking a Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a key role that involves handling office communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as supporting the administrative team with general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have a professional, friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist Duties:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Ensure all visitors sign in and out and provide necessary security clearances.

Administrative Support:



Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist in preparing meeting rooms for conferences, calls, and presentations. Support the team in managing office calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements. Assist with basic data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Manage office correspondence, including emails and internal communications. Help organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
