We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Manage the reception area to ensure a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail)
Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's preferred)
Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
