Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office and management team
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence in English and Russian
Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain office files, records, and databases
Assist with visa documentation, company setup activities, and client support (as relevant to the consulting industry)
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
Handle basic office tasks such as printing, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Russian- and English-speaking (bilingual proficiency is mandatory)
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, documentation)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
UAE experience preferred
