Position Overview
GMG in Dubai is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily clerical, documentation, and communication tasks for the division. The role focuses on office coordination, document management, internal communication, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, filing, faxing, mailing, and scanning
  • Handle incoming correspondence such as phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring proper sorting and distribution
  • Coordinate courier services, letters, bills, and all document dispatch activities for the division
  • Send internal communications and departmental updates to keep staff informed
  • Coordinate maintenance and supply of office equipment as needed
  • Prepare administrative documents including quotations, tender specifications, purchase orders, agreements, and contracts
  • Support document control activities to ensure proper filing and retrieval of records
  • Develop and update spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Draft routine letters, memos, meeting minutes, and departmental reports
  • Maintain internal databases and update departmental records
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and internal events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting special projects as required
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in office administration or clerical work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents
