Domexic Technical Services LLC is seeking a dedicated
Administrative Assistant
to support our office operations in the fit-out and interior contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project-related documents (BOQs, quotations, LPOs, invoices, etc.)
Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on project timelines
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal site teams
Assist with procurement and HR-related administrative tasks
Support accounts with payment follow-ups and documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative work (preferably in fit-out or construction)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
