We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with prior UAE experience in business setup, corporate services, and immigration support to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with Corporate Service Managers/Executives to ensure timely and accurate task completion
-Handle company formation, renewals, amendments, liquidation, and de-registration (Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore)
-Process UAE visas (Investor, Employee, Dependent, Property, Renewal & Cancellation)
-Manage bank account opening/closure and related banking services
-Liaise with government authorities, free zones, banks, embassies, PROs, and third parties
-Maintain accurate records in the PMS/CRM system and shared folders
-Support immigration, second citizenship, attestation, legalization, and compliance processes
-Coordinate with Finance for quotations, invoices, and fund settlements
-Communicate with clients, attend meetings when required, and ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements:
-1-3 years of experience in corporate services / business setup / immigration consultancy (UAE)
-Bachelor's Degree
-Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
