Administrative Assistant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with occasional Saturday duty as required)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Business Bay. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in the UAE, ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
  • Handle communication via email and phone with professionalism and clarity.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and events.
  • Perform general office management duties to support the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Mandatory: 1-2 years of administrative experience within the UAE.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a keen problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
