Administrative Assistant

Carezone Home Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Handle general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide administrative support to the HR, Finance, and Management teams as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role; experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative software systems.
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
