Job Description

  • Manage and organize daily office activities and operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Ensure filing systems are up to date and properly maintained.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
