Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Back Office Clerk to manage backend operations, administrative tasks, and day-to-day coordination. The role involves handling chats and calls, maintaining records, assisting with bookings, supporting collections, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities. Handle incoming

chats and calls

-- respond to inquiries, provide information, and route communications appropriately. Coordinate with internal teams to manage and confirm bookings and schedules. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

data sheets, reports, and records

. Support the

collection process

-- track payments, update records, and follow up when necessary. Assist in preparing documents, reports, and summaries as required by management. Ensure smooth internal communication and assist staff in operational coordination. Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
