Leaders Training Centre is seeking a proactive, well-organised, and customer-focused
Admin / Front Desk Officer
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to smooth daily operations within a professional training environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, guide, and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about training programmes, schedules, and services.
Handle administrative duties including record management, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, classes, and training sessions using calendar tools.
Ensure the front desk area remains professional, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Support internal teams with event coordination and day-to-day operational activities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Young, energetic, and professional personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/administrative tools.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a similar administrative or front desk role.
