Admin & Reception Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Aloka Eye Clinic & Day Surgery Center
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and detail-oriented Admin & Reception Executive to be the face of our clinic and support our daily operations.
Requirements:
? Currently residing in the UAE
? Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional international languages is a plus)
? Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
? Basic accounting knowledge
? Familiarity with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process is an added advantage
? Strong organizational skills and ability to manage front office and administrative tasks
? Pleasant personality and professional appearance
? Manage daily office operations, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow.
?Handle communication and support tasks, such as managing calls/emails, maintaining records, and assisting with staff and vendor coordination.
?Additional Competencies
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
High level of professionalism and discipline.
Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
Positive attitude and team player.
