Business Development Executive (Male/Female)
Salary: From AED 2500/month + incentives (depending on the experience)
Location : Dubai
Employment type: Full time

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive who has a strong background in Sales and business growth to join our fast-growing team at VIP Corporate Services. This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience in business setup, visa processing and other related services in Free zone and Mainland in the UAE.

Objective of this role:


Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners Build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:


-Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
- Train new team members in the sales team. Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field with 06 months to 1 year in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
