Job Responsibilities:
– Act as Helpdesk – one point of contact for all admin related queries of employees. – Assign the requests to relevant team members, liaise with respective admin function owners to close required helpdesk service requests. – Maintaining reports on service request status and monitoring progress. – Act as 1 point of contact for all onboarding requirements in coordination with the recruitment team. – Responsible for generating all the reports related to admin function. – Support to Projects / new developments and initiatives. – Manage admin activities as a backup for the team.
Job Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience in administration. – Bachelor’s degree. – Male candidates will be considered for this role. – Languages: English and Hindi. – Require excellent drafting skills. – Good command over English. – Strong Excel knowledge with reporting (Note: Excel test will be conducted for the role).
