About The Job



Managing their employers' calendars and schedules Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments or leading administrative support staff Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
