Job Description

We are seeking a HR & Administration Executive to manage and optimize human resources, organizational policies, and administrative functions to support the overall growth and success of the company.

The candidate we are looking for shall be responsible for tasks:



Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Managing the recruitment and selection process which includes job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers. Coordinating onboarding, induction, orientation. Overseeing employee benefits and compensation including payroll management Managing employee relations, including resolving employee disputes, misconduct and grievance issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on disciplinary action. Providing support to management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee engagement, retention strategies and career development. Organising employee welfare and engagement activities Ensuring compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations including Emiratisation Managing internal company and staff documentation and ensures it meets third-party compliance requirements Managing HR data and maintains accurate HR records and reports. Coordinating with other department, plan and arranges employee training and development programs. Monitoring and managing annual leaves in coordination with other departments Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive workplace culture and environment. Facilitating third party HR audits from customers in coordination with other departments Managing and maintaining staff accommodation and other facilities Ensuring timely renewal of company licences, employee visas and contracts, insurances, memberships, permits, vehicle and other registrations. Monitoring and reporting company fleet utilization.

Requirements



Minimum 7 years' experience as a HR generalist in a midsized organization in U.A.E Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of UAE Labour laws and HR best practices & regulations. Multitasking abilities. Critical observation and strategical thinking.

Methodical approach with eye for detail.

Bachelor's in HR or HR related fields. Master's preferred
