Position Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Admin Executive who can efficiently handle communication with buyers and sellers, support day-to-day office activities, and assist in basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain smooth communication between the company, buyers, and sellers.
Handle emails, calls, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Assist with basic accounting and data entry tasks.
Manage filing systems and office supplies inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles or software.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
