Job Description

  • Word processing, spreadsheets, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings
  • Review and format contractual documents, and or issue and file these documents as necessary
  • Generate reports using Excel in preparation for meetings and presentations
  • Prepare presentation materials and gather information as needed
  • Ensure the overall maintenance of the office including stationary orders, office management and reception duties
  • Provide personal assistance to the partners as required eg. travel, schedule meetings etc
  • Verify worker claims and expenses and follow the safety protocols established for this industry

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
  • Proven Administration, Office Coordination, Office Management, Project, Operations or Finance experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and general computer skills.
  • Have the ability to maintain an up-to-date calendar and generate quality reports.
