Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time - UAE Nationals Only)

Overview:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Receptionist and Head of Administration in the Dubai office. This role is ideal for a proactive UAE National who is organized, professional, and looking for a part-time opportunity within a global corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Receptionist and Head of Administration.
Assist with front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing meeting room bookings when required.
Support general office coordination tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and preparing basic documents.
Assist with mail and courier handling, office supplies management, and maintaining tidy communal areas.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Requirements:
UAE National (with Family Book/Khulasat Al Qaid).
Previous administrative or customer-service experience is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
