We are looking for an

administrative Assistant

who can charged with creating and executing schedules, managing budgets, Coordinating, communicating with staff and departments , and keeping organized records. you will be responsible for maintaining effective workflows in an organization through efficient management across various departments within an organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports Maintain meeting minutes Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office
