Answer and manage incoming calls from customers and suppliers
Coordinate and monitor logistics and deliveries
Ensure all customer orders are correct and delivered on time
Support the team in increasing sales through excellent customer service and upselling when possible
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Native Arabic speaker
Full-time availability
Approachable, friendly, and confident in dealing with customers
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Previous experience in admin, customer service, or F&B is a plus
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
