Admin Specialist Administrative specialists must take on various roles within an organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations. This role may require, but is not limited to, performing general clerical tasks, communicating with different stakeholders, and managing office equipment and supplies. Administrative specialists may also be required to create reports and memos, organize events.
Coordinate activities related to services Facility and meal/catering arrangements Arrange travel and hotel bookings activities Assist with organization events as needed Assist in gathering documentation in response to inquiries. Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical administrations issues Work on the annual budget of the administration department and monitor all related actual admin expenses for safe running. Establish and implement office admin policies, procedures, and management system. Coordinate the housekeeping, fleets management and meals activities Organize the public activities: including annual dinner, team building activities holiday benefit etc. To evaluate Admin related vendors, to deliver qualified service, and get year over year indirect saving target. Ensure Business License and other certifications timely updated according to the government’s regulations.
