Our client is a consulting firm for business set-up with visa, corporate bank opening, accounting and tax support, risk management, marketing support, market research, and business consulting. We are looking for an Admin Specialist to join for a 3-month extendable contract. Job Responsibilities:
  • Hotel Reservation
  • Flight Booking
  • Office management (Supplies management, office search, card & key manage, net and
  • telephone)
  • Housing for Expats(renewal, quote, contract review, competitive bids searching)
  • Golf Reservation,
  • Overtime calculation for driver
  • Office search and Supplies management
  • Payment management
  • PRO support such as VISA, communication with DED, freezone authority, license support
Qualifications:
  • Good communication skill by phone, email, face to face, whatsapp
  • Good PC skills for Google, Microsoft, accounting software, ERP, etc
  • Fast typing in PC
  • Multitask skills
  • Business English
Location: JLT Timings: Monday to Friday | 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM with 1 hour lunchbreak **ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THEIR OWN VISA AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE WILL BE CONSIDERED**
