Job Title: HR Admin Specialist Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced HR Admin who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR activities, including petty cash management, monthly admin budget report preparation, ticket issuing, and event organization. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UAE Labor Law, license renewal, RTA Department, and office lease management. Fluency in Chinese is a must for this role. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulations
Experience in managing petty cash and budgeting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
Prepare monthly admin budget reports and analyze spending trends.
Issue tickets for business-related travel and expenses
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and update policies accordingly.
Renew licenses for the company and its employees.
Liaise with RTA Department to manage company vehicles and transportation needs.
Manage office leases, negotiate contracts, and renew agreements.
Organize company events and coordinate logistics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
