Job Title: HR Admin Specialist
Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced HR Admin who will be responsible for managing
the day-to-day HR activities, including petty cash management, monthly admin budget report
preparation, ticket issuing, and event organization. The ideal candidate should have a good
understanding of UAE Labor Law, license renewal, RTA Department, and office lease management.
Fluency in Chinese is a must for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulations
  • Experience in managing petty cash and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Prepare monthly admin budget reports and analyze spending trends.
  • Issue tickets for business-related travel and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and update policies accordingly.
  • Renew licenses for the company and its employees.
  • Liaise with RTA Department to manage company vehicles and transportation needs.
  • Manage office leases, negotiate contracts, and renew agreements.
  • Organize company events and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
