Admin / Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Pearl Industries is

seeking a

skilled admin/sales coordinator

to support our operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Quotations & Proforma Invoice



Prepare and manage quotations. Prepare proforma invoices.

Submittals & Technical Support



Prepare technical submittals and respond to consultant comments Provide technical support to the sales team Prepare equipment supply certificates (as per DCD requirements) Prepare and maintain GCC certificates for export compliance

Courier and Export Shipments



Prepare detailed packing lists for export shipments Arrange courier and cargo shipments for local and international deliveries Prepare commercial invoices for local and export clients Prepare shipment passes for materials and equipment Coordinate international expos

Visa Applications



Process visa applications as required

Administrative & Document Management



Maintain documentation for all company entities. Organize management documents, including Passport, EID, and Visa records Prepare documents related to duct installation projects Prepare miscellaneous documents and authorization letters as needed

Requirements:



Experience in

product submittals and quotations is mandatory

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
