Admin & Sales Coordinator
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and work service reports (WSRs).
Coordinate with clients regarding sales orders, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of sales documentation and client correspondence.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document control.
Assist in preparing reports and sales data analysis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in admin or sales coordination roles, preferably in fire and safety industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) & ZOHO.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
