We are currently seeking a young and detail-oriented
Admin & Sales Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing
quotations
,
technical/commercial submittals
, and have a good command of
Microsoft Excel
. The ideal candidate should also possess basic knowledge of administrative and HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer inquiries.
Assist in preparing and organizing technical/commercial submittals.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and material specifications.
Maintain and update records of offers, client communications, and sales reports.
Follow up on pending quotations and coordinate with sales engineers.
Familiarity with basic admin and HR responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
sales coordination
, particularly in
quotations and submittals
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
