Provide administrative and sales support to ensure smooth operation of the company.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and prospective leads.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to quotations, pricing, and agreements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and distribute quotations, proposals, contracts, and supporting documents.
Maintain updated company databases, CRM records, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing business reports, financial documents, and coordinate with accountants when needed.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding quotations, invoicing, and project requirements.
Prepare pitch presentations, sales decks, and basic visual materials for client meetings.
Assist in company projects, events, and presentations as required.
Track tasks, monitor proposal status, and follow up with clients until closure.
Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Expectations and Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with clients and accountants.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or office management systems.
Experience in preparing presentations or pitch materials is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Previous administrative and/or sales support experience is important.
Adaptability, professionalism, and willingness to learn and grow.
